How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

Are Honey Butter Tresses products color safe?
- Yes! They are made specifically for you and to make sure your dyed hair stays vibrant, healthy, and moisturized.
Is Honey Butter Tresses cruelty free?
- Yes! Honey Butter Tresses makes sure that no animals are harmed in the production of our products. We make certain that our products are not derived from animals by-products as well (besides our amazing bees).
Are your products scented?
- We only use 100% natural and organic essential oil blends in our products, IF used.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
- You should always spot test your product prior to use if you feel you may have a heightened level of sensitivity to certain ingredients. If some allergic reactions have occurred, please discontinue use immediately and consult your physician or medical care provider immediately. Payment
Can you provide me a discount code for my order?
- Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions to stay up to date with these.
How do I receive free shipping on my order?
- To qualify for free shipping, your order must reach $50.00 before tax or shipping is applied, and after any discounts have been applied. The discount to shipping will be shown when calculating the total of the order.
Something about a donation with my order?
- Yes, a non-optional donation! We donate $2 from every purchase to an organization named "Operation Honey Bee" to make sure we do our part in helping the bee population as they help us create amazing products for you!

What are the shipping options?
- We currently offer USPS First Class Package, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.
After I place my order, when will my order ship?
- All orders have a 1-3 business day processing time upon receipt of order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
- You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days after your order is placed.
How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
- When you place an order, a shipping confirmation email with the shipping tracking number is automatically sent to your email. If you still have a question, email us at hello@honeybuttertresses.com, and we’ll be more than happy to help!
How do I change my shipping address for an order I’ve already placed?
- Contact hello@honeybuttertresses.com immediately. Please include your order number and the correct shipping address. Note: We will not be able to change the address for you if your order has already been processed and shipped.
How come the tracking number isn’t working?
- If your package just shipped, please allow at least 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
Can I Cancel My Order?
- We're so sorry to hear you want to cancel your order with us. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact hello@honeybuttertresses.com for more info.
