Refund policy

For sanitary health concerns, Honey Butter Tresses will not accept refunds or exchanges. Please read through our ingredients list carefully before completing your purchase. However, we will offer a replacement if your items were damaged in transit. You must provide photo documentation via email within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will offer shop credit of the same value if your documentation is accepted. All reports or concerns must be expressed within 24 hours and addressed to hello@honeybuttertresses.com. We want all of our Honey Butter Babies to have a satisfying experience!
